The Choice Program — your introduction to embodiment work, learning mantras and mudras for more of the gifts and less of the challenges of all the types. The 12 pre-recorded modules include:

* 2 modules on the language of the body

* 9 modules for each of the 9 Enneagram types

* a Finale, a recap of them all

Plus 5 monthly groups coaching calls and a private coaching call.

EnneaMotion is a deep dive. We meet for 2 hours twice a month for five months, have a virtual retreat and an integration session.
