Our coaching is about embodiment — actually embodying the thoughts, feelings, actions and life experiences that you want. Based on neuroscience principles, this work changes the brain to support you in being connected to your best and highest self, no matter what challenges you encounter.
Based on your EQ Quiz Pie Chart, we will explore how each of the nine domains of personality show up in you — both their gifts and their challenges. Your scores impact each other, you and how you show up in life.

In all modules, we’ll look at the challenges your EQ Pie Chart points to, and minimize or eliminate them so you can live your life, have the relationships, business and career you want. In other words, you can learn how to make your dreams come true with greater ease and happiness.
On each call, you will bust an old belief that has been holding you back. You will leave each session with an easy-to-use exercise that will create new patterns that support being your best self no matter what and your living the life of your dreams.
In both private and group coaching, there are six private sessions.
• Explore how your scores (the gifts and the challenges) show up in your own life
• Understand your personality, your gifts and your “whammies”
• Know and accept why things are the way they are
• Learn how to capitalize more on your natural gifts
• Shift your struggles to new ease
